Kiroli Park hosts the tenth annual St. Patrick's Day Bicycle Parade and Festival

West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce and Kiroli Park partner up to present the tenth annual St. Patrick's Day bicycle parade and festival.

The festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kiroli Park.

Park admission is free from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. After 12 p.m., admission will be $1 per person.

During the festival, there will be live music and entertainment by Music City Studios and arts and crafts.

Food items will be available for sale during the festival. Also available is free green lemonade and popcorn.

The Bicycle parade is open to adults, children, and pets.

Kris Kelley, Executive Director at WMWO Chamber of Commerce, said, "It's really a fun little parade. It's good for all ages, even the little-little ones,"

This parade is non-motorized, which can include bicycles, scooters, wagons, strollers, etc. The parade will begin shortly after 12 p.m. after people are lined up.

"We do a loop around the park. Kids can bring their bicycles and make a loop as a parade around the park," said Kelley.

Prizes will be given to the best-dressed adult, child, and pet.
