The Ouachita Live Concert Series returns for 2024 with the Russell Welch Hot Quartet from New Orleans. The group plays on festival stages around the world and features gypsy jazz and swing music.
The downtown West Monroe concert will be held Friday, March 29 from 7-9 p.m. in Alley Park The event is free but you are asked to bring a chair. Food Trucks and spirits will be sold onsite.
