Prize: Two (2) Tickets to Bob Dylan and His Band

Prize drawing will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016.

This prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. All taxes on the prize, including but not limited to federal, state and local income and sales taxes, and any expense not covered herein (including but not limited to expenses related to the use of the prize) are responsibility of the winner.

How to Enter: Entry is automatic with online, telephone or mailed contributions during the promotional period. The number to call is 318-342-5575 or 1-800-256-4085 or give online at KEDM.org.To enter without making a contribution, call in and submit your name, address, daytime telephone number and email address. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.

How to win: No contribution to KEDM is necessary. The promotion begins at 5:59 a.m. CDT on Friday, October 14, 2016 and ends at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016. Only entries received during the promotional time are eligible.

Entries are limited to one per person, address, or household regardless of the method of entry. No responsibility is assumed by KEDM or the University of Louisiana Monroe for lost, late, damaged or incomplete entries or for any human error or any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that my occur. All entries become the property of KEDM and will not be returned. Proof of emailing and/or mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Eligibility: Employees of KEDM, members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win. KEDM volunteers may enter if they are not included in the above-named categories. Contestants must be 18 years or older to enter. A person may only win one KEDM giveaway prize per 30 days.

Selection and Notification of Winner: Winner will be randomly drawn by a station employee on October 14, 2016 from all the eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by tweet, Facebook message, telephone and/or e-mail within 24 hours of drawing. Every reasonable attempt will be made to award the prize. If after every reasonable effort has been exerted (two (2) attempts over ten (10) days) to award the prize but the potential winner cannot be reached after ten (10) days, or the potential winner(s) has refused to accept the prize, or if entrant is found to be ineligible, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner awarded. KEDM has the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize to an alternate winner. KEDM will not notify winner of the time remaining on a prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the ten (10) day time frame. All unclaimed prizes after ten (10) days will automatically be forfeited.

General Conditions: Participants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decision of KEDM, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless KEDM, the University of Louisiana Monroe, their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this promotion or use of any prize won. KEDM makes no and disclaims all warranties, guarantees or representations, express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, or merchantability of any prize. KEDM reserves the right to cancel this contest and not award any prize in the event that its judgment unforeseen developments warrant cancelation. Participants also agree to grant KEDM the right to use their entry, name, image or other likeness without further compensation for advertising, fundraising or promotional purposes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Upon pick-up of prize, proper picture identification (i.e. valid driver's license or passport) from the winner is required. Prizes will be at the KEDM studios located at 250 Stubbs Hall at the University of Louisiana Monroe, 401 Bayou Drive, LA 71209, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (except holidays). Under unique circumstances, a representative designated by the winner will be allowed to accept the prize. Written authorization from the winner, including the representative's name, ID and a photocopy of the winner's valid driver's license is required.

For the name of the prize winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope before October 31, 2016 to KEDM Drive Drawing Winners' Names, 250 Stubbs Hall, 401 Bayou Drive, LA 71209. Winners list will not be available until after October 16, 2016.

Jay calls himself a "media producer" in a world of diversification. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV/Film Production from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and worked in video, feature film and television production for over 10 years before joining KEDM full time.
