Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge recognizes the first day of Winter in a special event. A "Winter Celebration" is Friday, December 21 at 5 p.m. The evening highlights the change of seasons, and gives guests the opportunity to experience a little bit of the refuge at night. Hot chocolate and cider provided.
