A “State of the City” luncheon featuring City of West Monroe Mayor Dave Norris is Thursday, January 31st at noon. The West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce hosts the luncheon at the West Monroe Convention Center, on Ridge Avenue. Mayor Norris will update the audience on projects and activities taking place in West Monroe and the City’s plans for 2013.
