The Annual West Monroe Kiwanis Christmas Parade is Saturday, December 1 at 3:00 p.m. The parade route travels through downtown West Monroe, and across the Lea Joyner Bridge into downtown Monroe. This year's theme is "Home for the Holidays". Santa Claus, pageant queens, including Miss Louisiana, will be featured in the parade. Will Blackwell is this year's Grand Marshall.
