“Walk Where the Wildlife Walks”, a celebration of spring and the 110th anniversary of the National Wildlife Refuge System is Saturday, March 9th, from 9 a.m. to noon. Black Bayou Lake National Wildlife Refuge is hosting its fourth annual trails event. Family-oriented activities include guided walks, scavenger hunt, and the children's Challenge Trail. A guided canoe trip is also scheduled, but preregistration is required and participation is limited.
