Nicholas Sparks, prolific author of 17 novels, seven of which have been adapted as films, will be the next renowned speaker at the University of Louisiana at Monroe Lyceum Series on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at 7 p.m. in the Monroe Civic Center's Jack Howard Theatre.
ULM's Lyceum Series began in 2003 to promote intellectual exchange among ULM students, faculty, staff and the community.
