The Ouachita Parish Relay for Life will kickoff the planning season for the 2013 Relay on Monday, October 1 at 5:30 p.m. in the University Conference Center. This provides community members to hear all the aspects of RFL and how they can be involved. A meal will be provided and this event is free of charge.
