Maggie Boudreaux's artwork 'Current Works'
The NCLAC is pleased to announce the exhibition 'Current Works' by Maggie Jones Boudreaux. An opening reception will be held Wednesday, August 20, from 5-7pm, at Parish Press.
Boudreaux is a Ruston native, a Louisiana Tech graduate, an art teacher at AE Phillips, and a NCLAC member. She is known for her beautiful small collages and large dynamic paintings. Maggie says she “grew up in a household and community of people in which the arts were highly encouraged and a way of life.”
Visit with Maggie and see her work, August 20 from 5-7, at the Parish Press. The paintings will be on display through the end of October.
In partnership with Parish Press, Ruston’s brand new locally-owned coffee shop, NCLAC will present art exhibitions that feature work by regional artists. Works are available for purchase by calling the NCLAC office at 318.255.1450. Parish Press, located at 1007 North Trenton Street in Ruston, offers a full-service coffee bar, as well as an assortment of baked goods and light lunches.
