The Monroe Junior League's Spring Market is Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24, at the Monroe Civic Center. The event features over 100 vendors from across the United States with various specialty items, crafts, and clothing. Proceeds from the market support community programs and projects throughout Ouachita Parish. There is an admission fee.
