Description:
The 15th Annual Holiday Arts Tour, with a theme of Celebrating Tradition, will be held Nov. 15 through Nov. 18 over 25 locations in Lincoln Parish. Artwork is available by visual and literary artists while musicians will perform Friday and Saturday evenings. Free activities for students such as "Chalk the Walk" and "Sprout Sunday" will be available. This event, presented by the North Central Louisiana Arts Council is free and open to the public.
