The Connecting for the Homeless 2010 Summit aims to present the growing evidence of homeless challenges for people living in the Monroe area. The summit will bring together stakeholders, officials and various authorities to discuss challenging issues and possible future responses and approaches to put an end to homelessness.
Discussions include understanding who the homeless are in the area, how to reach the homeless and help them exit life on the streets, and creating a system of coordinated community services.
