Brown Bag Concert: Kenny Bill Stinson

Kenny Bill Stinson opens the Brown Bag Concert Series with a focus on regional and world culture on October 3. The noontime outdoor concerts are every Wednesday in October at Anna Gray Noe Park, across from St. Francis Medical Center in downtown Monroe. Seating is provided, while picnic blankets and lawn chairs are welcomed. This event is free of charge and open to the public.
