The West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce is preparing for greater growth this year.  On Thursday, the Chamber hosts a "State Of The City" address by West Monroe Mayor Dave Norris.  Chamber President Courtney Hornsby shares on what some projects mean to the community and the anticipation of business partnerships growing in western Ouachita Parish during this year.
