Board of Regents Program Review
On Wednesday, the Board of Regents for the state of Louisiana handed down decisions on more than 400 underperforming programs at Louisiana colleges and universities, including 24 programs at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
The Board’s periodic review of program offerings looked at programs identified as struggling to graduate students. Some programs will be combined, or consolidated with other similar degrees; some will be granted a probation period, while others will be eliminated.
