Higher Education in Louisiana continues to face cuts to state funding, including an estimated $55.5 million in to the University of Louisiana System, including $4.3 million for the University of Louisiana at Monroe. 

ULM President Nick Bruno is just back from the June meeting of the system board in Baton Rouge. He explains what these cuts mean to ULM, and looks at how the university moves ahead in difficult financial times.
