Storms can quickly and dramatically become severe during the spring.  Recent tornadic activity brought devastation to portions of North Carolina.  In north Louisiana, Tensas Parish was struck by a twister earlier this month.  Lavonne LeBlanc, with the American Red Cross of Northeast Louisiana, provides reminders of being prepared for such emergencies.  She also previews the local chapter's 15th Annual BASH event, scheduled for Saturday, April 30th.
