Signature Soups Served Up For Local Competition | 1-28-13

A tasty comfort food is soup.  On Saturday, the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council combines soup with the celebration of Mardi Gras.  The event is called "Souper Catch", a tasting competition featuring area chefs and caterers serving up a signature soup.  NLAC President Tommy Usrey and Development VP Kim Leija share on this new event to the area.
