Sabbaticals: History or Current Practice? | ULM Forum 11-19-10

15:00 minutes (20.6 MB)     Download Bookmark and Share

With many mentions in media lately about sabbaticals in higher education, Dr. Eric Pani, associate provost for academic affairs at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, discusses the history of the sabbatical and its use at ULM.

He also examines the university's funding model for funding inside -- and outside -- of the classroom, and recognizes ULM's College of Education and Human Performance for recently being featured on KEDM on the nationally-distributed Marketplace radio program produced by American Public Media.
