Recruiting China's Top Students

The University of Louisiana at Monroe is reaching overseas to find top students.  The institution has hired a recruiter to locate such students in China.  Administrators are hoping the program will connect the region to a burgeoning global market.  John Hughes has the story from the Southern Education Desk at KEDM.
