Rally For Higher Education | 5-3-11

Three simultaneous rallies were held across the state in support of higher education.  The University of Louisiana at Monroe was one of the hosting sites.  Students participating from ULM, Louisiana Tech, Grambling, and Delta Community College, were encouraged to stay informed about legislative issues on higher ed.
