The ULM Museum of Natural History is featuring a public lecture that tackles the subject of the evolutionary process. On September 21 at 6:30 p.m. the museum hosts a the first presentation of its fall lecture series.
Dr. Bruce Saunders is professor Emeritus at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. Saunders has spent more than 40 years researching the chambered nautilus. His presentation, "Was Evolution of Biological Complexity a Random Process or a Product of Drive, Biased Selection?" examines the development and evolution of an extinct order of mollusks known as ammonites.
