The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council supports various educational and community outreach programs.  The "Blend of the Bayou' showcases Louisiana dishes prepared by community leaders and businessmen from the area to benefit council projects.  Patti Nelson and Gregory Hudgins preview this Sunday's event.
