Lunchtime Concerts in Downtown Monroe | 4-3-12

The Northeast Louisiana Art Council presents the Brown Bag Concert Series.  Performances are scheduled each Wednesday in the month of April.  NLAC's Georgia Street shares on the lineup of local artists set to play in Anna Gray Noe Park.
