Lincoln Parish Artists Ready For Holiday Tour

The North Central Louisiana Arts Council presents the 14th Annual Holiday Arts Tour this weekend in downtown Ruston and sites across Lincoln Parish.  A special 'Sprout Sunday' event will take place with several activities for children.  Local artist Julie Crews shares on festivities for the tour, which begins Friday.
