Anyone starting or thinking of starting a business quickly learns that loads of paperwork is part of the landscape. 

The ULM Small Business Development Center is hosting a workshop that can help make sense of some of that paperwork.

Elizabeth Guerriero, associate professor of business law and a practicing attorney, will help attendees navigate the choices available to businesses. That choice can affect liability, taxes, and how a business is managed.
