The second presidential debate featured President Obama and Governor Romney in a town hall format.  Last night's discussion saw some verbal sparring from both candidates over several issues.  ULM Associate Professor of Political Science, Dr. Joshua Stockley, shares on best cases made by the candidates, as well as questions that proved difficult during the event.
