Dr. Jana SuttonIt takes a lot to make a new country your home. For someone who helps people with relationships, it can be bittersweet even when pursuing your profession with a passion.

In the Profiles Series, we look at another one of the fascinating people who make up the University of Louisiana at Monroe -- Dr. Jana Sutton.

Dr. Sutton is a native of Bishop Auckland in England, but has been living and working in the United States since 1994. She’s now the  director of Clinical Services for Marriage and Family Therapy at ULM.

She speaks of loving her work, the contrasts between living in the U.S. and England, and why both countries and their traditions are important to her.
