Individuals seeking a living wage job are assisted by training programs through the NOVA Workforce Institute of Northeast Louisiana.  The organization acts as an intermediary, connecting employers to workers who have participated in long-term training.  NOVA hosts an Employer Breakfast tomorrow, sharing and updating local businesses on services assisting workforce needs.
