The Clean Air Act addresses air pollution by American industries.  As NPR highlights the Act and the recently released EPA Watch List, we take a look at the basis of the Act, and its process through the state Department of Environmental Quality.  John Herrock, Industrial Hygiene instructor with the Department of Toxicology at ULM, and Celena Cage, Enforcement Division Administrator with the Louisiana DEQ discuss the issue.
