The Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival is now part of DeltaFest.  Celtic Festival founder, Doyle Jeter, shares on the merger.  DeltaFest will present Celtic performances on the Heritage Stage, as part of festivities this weekend.  Jeter previews some of the performers scheduled to appear.
