Cottonland Welcomes Canines to Monroe Civic Center

The 39th Annual Cottonland Cluster Dog Shows take place this weekend at the Monroe Civic Center.  Breed and specialty shows will feature canines from across the country.  Bayou Kennel Club President Jean Marcovitz previews the event.
