Students often have more to give back to the community than many would imagine. The College of Education and Human Development at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is announcing a partnership with several local humanitarian organizations. Students will serve in a non-voting capacity on the organizations' boards and make a proposal for the board to consider. Dr. Thilla Sivakumaran, assistant dean of the college, discusses the initiative.
Wade Fuqua, programs recruiter for the ULM's Marriage and Family Therapy program, also gives an update on the department's new online doctoral program.
