The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana saw a large, surprising donation of eggs last week.  The bank's Development Director, Belinda Carver, shares about the rare shipment of eggs to the bank.  She also describes how those seeking assistance have changed in light of economic times, and how the bank is meeting those challenges.
