Celtic Heritage celebrated at 7th Annual event

The Northeast Louisiana Celtic Fest will take place this Saturday at Monroe's Forsythe Park.  Live entertainment and educational workshops highlighted the all-day event.  Celtic Fest founder, Doyle Jeter preview's this weekend's performers and other attractions at the festival.
