Brown Bag Series Brings New Faces and Local Favorites

The Northeast Louisiana Arts Council presents the Brown Bag Concert Series each Wednesday in October at Anna Gray Noe Park in Monroe.  Council member Georgia Street previews the lineup of musical acts to perform during the lunch hour.  Seating is provided in the park for performances.
