Former NASA astronaut Col. Jim Halsell will be attending the final launch of the U.S. Space Shuttle program scheduled for today.  Halsell, a native of West Monroe, flew aboard five shuttle flights.  He shares his thoughts about those missions and the future of the U.S. space program.
